I architect and design advanced AI systems—particularly agentic and conversational AI—to transform customer engagement across industries such as telecommunications, finance, healthcare, and utilities. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a Postgraduate Degree in AI & Machine Learning, and an MBA.

I am a seasoned technology and product leader with more than 25 years of experience driving innovation, growth, and digital transformation across the high-tech industry. My career spans solutions architecture, AI product strategy, technical sales, consulting, and startup leadership—giving me a unique blend of deep technical expertise, business strategy, and hands-on product execution.

Over the years, I have architected, built, and delivered complex solutions across multiple industries, bridging the gap between technology vision and measurable business outcomes. As a founder of several startups, I gained extensive experience turning ideas into real products—wearing multiple hats across product, engineering, customer engagement, and go-to-market functions. This entrepreneurial mindset continues to guide how I approach innovation, problem-solving, and scaling products.
Today, I focus on building next-generation AI systems, specializing in agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, customer engagement automation, and multi-agent orchestration. I am the creator of onDimi, an experimental platform exploring proactive AI agents that plan, orchestrate, and automate end-to-end customer journeys. My work centers on defining how AI can anticipate customer needs, improve enterprise workflows, and transform customer experience at scale.
I hold a B.Sc. in Engineering, an MBA, and a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. I am also a Certified AWS Solutions Architect Associate, with strong proficiency in Python, PHP, JavaScript, cloud platforms, and system integration.
My career includes senior leadership roles such as Senior AI Product Strategist at NICE Proactive AI Agent Team, where I was appointed to lead and transform the Proactive AI Agents division—defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, for enterprise AI engagement. Within six months, I accelerated innovation, expanded capabilities, and helped drive a 5× increase in pipeline.
